BetterUp's Breakthrough: Strategic Visibility with Bedrock Intelligence

BetterUp's newly hired Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) was given the opportunity to improve capabilities across Corporate IT (Corp IT), Product security (ProdSec), Go-to-market (GTM), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), teams. With a global footprint and customer base cutting across public and private sectors, including government agencies, regulatory compliance was a significant strategic program factor. Like many businesses in 2025, BetterUp's executive leadership employed teams to explore the use of artificial intelligence to enhance the product, operations, and staff productivity. With this mission assignment, BetterUp's CISO began building a team to augment existing staff and implement a strategic framework.
